When using the ultrasonic welding machine for welding, the processing conditions of plastic parts have a very important impact on the final welding results, because different processing conditions and welding forms of plastic parts such as injection molding, blow molding or extrusion will result in different welding results. The specific effects are as follows:
1. Humidity defect
In the case of striped or loose plastic parts, the impact of humidity defects is more common. During the welding process, humidity can weaken energy, damage seals, and increase welding time, making it necessary to dry plastic parts before welding.
2. Injection molding process
The impact of adjusting injection molding process parameters on welding is as follows:

3. Recycled plastics
The strength of recycled plastics is low, and the adaptability to ultrasonic welding is poor. Therefore, when using recycled plastics for welding, special attention should be paid to the design size.
4. Impurities in plastic parts
Plastic parts are usually mixed with some magazines or mold release agents. Some are put in specially, and some are accidentally mixed. These have an impact on welding. Although ultrasonic welding machine can remove impurities during processing, it is still recommended to remove them in the welding machine as much as possible.
