Installation ultrasonic welding
1. The ultrasonic transducer shall not rotate more than 360 ° to avoid breaking the high-voltage wire.
2. The grounding wire needs to be grounded and cannot be connected to the ground wire that provides power to prevent high-voltage leakage.
3. There are high-voltage lines in the ultrasonic transducer and the ultrasonic electric box. In addition to regulating external operations, it is prohibited to repair the equipment in use.
4. When operating the equipment, the vibration meter should not exceed the red area. If the indication exceeds, the pressure should be reduced, the number of output sections should be reduced, and then the sound wave should be adjusted. If there is still no decrease after adjustment, you need to contact the manufacturer for handling.
5. Pay attention to cleaning the air pressure source. If there is residual 1/2 of water in the air filter of this machine, it should be removed in a timely manner.
6. When the sound wave inspection is unloaded, the amplitude meter should not exceed 1a. When it exceeds 1a, the sound wave and screws should be adjusted. If the adjustment still cannot drop below 1a, it indicates that there is an abnormality in the ultrasonic welding head or ultrasonic machine, and the manufacturer needs to be contacted for handling.
7. Do not place the ultrasonic machine in damp, high temperature, or dusty environments. It is prohibited to place liquids on the machine. Regular cleaning should be carried out during daily use, and a clean cloth should be used to wipe it. It is prohibited to use liquids for cleaning.
8. Press the acoustic inspection switch intermittently, and do not press it continuously for more than three seconds, so as to extend the service life of the ultrasonic transducer.
9. The welding head itself is affected by the fusion material, so it needs to cooperate with the vibration system. It is recommended to use products designed and manufactured by the same company to prevent damage to the vibration system.
