Ultrasonic plastic welding is a kind of welding technology where current is converted into a high-frequency mechanical vibration energy and force the pressure to transfer the energy, allow the contact surface of two plastic workpieces to melt rapidly, and the welding strength is close to the strength of the raw material.

The main function of ultrasonic cutting process is to split the connected components. The pressure on the item to be cut can be reduced by large frequency vibrations/second to result in a neat and clean cut surface. In practical applications, it is divided into two processes: separation welding and cutting. Separation welding is mainly used in the fields of textiles, films and non-woven fabrics. Ultrasonic cutting can be used in the food industry as well as solid materials such as rubber, foam, artificial leather, etc.

The screening system is composed of an ultrasonic electrical box, a converter and a screen. The chassis and the converter generate vibrations and induce the vibrations into the resonator. The ultrasonic waves propagate evenly through the resonator and reach the entire surface of the screen, allowing the installed screen to vibrate. This prevents the particles from sticking to the screen and allows more particles to pass through the screen to yield high separation accuracy. The processing time can be shortened when more particles are passed through the screen at a given time.
